We designed and established a client’s first-ever global data cloud strategy, to leverage modern architecture and best-in-class technologies. Introduced Azure, Data Bricks, Power BI, Snowflake, data catalog, and marketplace. This new infrastructure drove commercial effectiveness, revenue, e-commerce,

consumer/customer engagement, trade optimization, digital manufacturing, maintenance, R&D product innovations, corporate finance transformation, and employee experience analytics. The first 18 months alone resulted in €175 million in revenue. The total value tracked at €400-€525 million in EBITDA over five years. 

P&L and Business Restructuring


We led P&L restructuring enabled by ML data transformation as part of a client’s transformation. Collaborated with Global Executive Committee and functional leaders to develop and align P&L goals with KPI throughout go-to GTM enterprise-wide. Used innovative decision tree approach to link critical decisions to tools & and required data.

This involved interviewing and collaborating with all global executive stakeholders & and regional group chair leaders. The resulting KPI model enhanced leadership communications, employee engagement, and program prioritization. 100+ programs have been prioritized and measured monthly via the “Transformation Office.”

For a major global CPG client, we helped to design and launch the Data Marketplace and Storytelling platform. This platform got external recognitions and awards and it was featured as the best in class in several publications, including WSJ. Through a deep analysis of data sources, user-centered design, and highly effective content we helped to increase the adoption and usage of data across their business.

Key emphasis on data, analytics, and technology platforms led to enhanced product forecast accuracy, optimized resource allocation, and a remarkable $800M in operational expenditure savings achieved.


Cost Reductions / Business Services Restructure

To improve business efficiency, we audited 6,000 agencies previously responsible for content creation and data management to bring external services in-house. This led to the establishment of a new offshore delivery factory, which fulfilled 8,000 service requests within six months. This efficient business services system reduced the time to market by an average of 4-8 weeks.

Data Governance Roadmap Development

On behalf of a healthcare company,  we collaborated with functional leaders, stakeholders, technical partners, and external data providers to develop and deliver a complete data governance roadmap, including data product design,  technology selection, shared services setup, talent upskilling, and training programs. This effort provided a new data operating model, which facilitated the adoption of data products for data and analytics on a global scale.

Revenue management and Marketing effectiveness

In collaboration with the CCO and CMO of a consumer company, we embarked on a mission to establish revenue management and marketing effectiveness programs. As a team, we meticulously identified the most critical business cases and seamlessly aligned them with analytics, BI, data, and technology requirements.

Our collective effort resulted in a unified data architecture that provided robust support. Coordinating the deployment of tools, data integrations, and BI, our comprehensive approach contributed significantly to our client's remarkable 25% CAGR, maintained for four years through agile optimization. Importantly, this joint initiative amplified gross profit by approximately $150M.

Social Data

We worked directly with the Global Chief Medical Officer of the pharma company to spearhead a pilot program to explore social data opportunities, utilize social data to capture global adverse events in real time, and enhance the patient journey through personalized communications. We enabled the collection of adverse medical events (risk).

The patient journey was seamlessly connected, capturing all patient experiences from diagnostics to clinical trials, treatment, and post-treatment in real-time. Through this initiative, we were able to identify key opinion leaders, significantly improve communications with healthcare professionals, reduce market research costs by 50%, accelerate insights delivery from 12 weeks to 4 weeks, and unprecedented results for leveraging social data.

Behavioral Targeting

Our media and publishing client wanted to target/segment customers to raise subscription and advertising revenue. We created data strategy, and targeting methodology, and worked with the tech vendor to design and engineer the targeting product.

Within first 6 months of deployment , our client was able to increase advertising profits by 4X. 

Agile Training & Coaching

At a prominent consumer product company, we initiated and guided a comprehensive E2E agile program tailored specifically for technology, data, and insights initiatives. We successfully conducted 25 global training sessions, spanning two company divisions and encompassing IT, business, and supply chain functions.
